The Kerns-Dorf cheese dairy is managed by third-generation dairyman Arnold Bucher. Although a lot has changed since the beginnings in 1926, the stringent quality standards have remained the same. Every year, some 1.3 million kilos of milk are processed, primarily into Sbrinz AOP. In addition to Sbrinz, the dairy store also features fried cheese, whipped cream, butter, Ziger cheese and yoghurt. The consistent quality assurance means that cheese lovers all around the world can enjoy Arnold Bucher’s Sbrinz year in, year out.
