Our mountain cheese dairy, which has been operating for three generations, is located in idyllic surroundings under the Bürgenstock-Resort in Obbürgen. We attach great importance to personal relations with the dairy farmers who supply the cheese dairy with fresh milk twice a day. Daily cheese production is Sepp’s passion. We make Sbrinz AOP as well as various other creations without additives. Our cheese is available not only at the Bürgenstock-Resort but also at the Landi and Volg shops in Stansstad.
