Asparagus salad with Sbrinz rolls

Ingredients
– 400 g asparagus
– 100 g Sbrinz rolls
– ½ dl cold-pressed rapeseed oil
– ¼ dl apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Boil the asparagus in salted water and rinse with cold water. Mix the cold-pressed rapeseed oil and apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of coarse mustard to make a dressing and season. Cut the asparagus into pieces and mix with the dressing. Arrange on plates and decorate with Sbrinz rolls.
