Spelt pasta with chard and garlic chips

Ingredients
– 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
– 100 g chard, prepared, in pieces
– 1.5 dl full cream
– Salt, pepper
– 400 g spelt pasta
– A bit of Sbrinz AOP, finely shaved
Preparation
Fry garlic in hot oil at medium heat for 6–8 mins. Remove, drain on paper towel. Sauté chard in the same oil, pour in cream, season, let simmer 5–10 mins. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, add to sauce, mix. Arrange pasta and garnish with garlic chips and Sbrinz.
