Potato pan with savoy cabbage, chorizo and Sbrinz AOP

PREPARATION: approx. 30 mins
Ingredients
– 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp cooking butter
– 500 g waxy potatoes, finely sliced
– 120 g chorizo, peeled and finely sliced
– 300 g savoy cabbage, quartered, destalked and cut into fine strips
– 1 tsp caraway
– salt, pepper
– 1 dl vegetable bouillon
– 50 g semi-dried cherry tomatoes, coarsely chopped
– 100 g Sbrinz AOP, sliced
Preparation
Sauté garlic in cooking butter. Add potatoes and fry 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Add chorizo and savoy cabbage, sauté briefly and season.
Pour in bouillon, bring to the boil, then cover and let simmer 8-10 mins.
Spinkle with tomatoes and cheese, cover and keep warm for 8-10 mins. Serve in the pan.
