Beef Piccata

ZUBEREITEN: approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
– 8 thin beef cutlets, e. g., rump steak, ask your butcher to beat it flat
– Salt, pepper, paprika
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 eggs
– 4 tbsp Sbrinz AOP, grated
– 2 tbsp oil for frying
Preparation:
Season the beef cutlets. Sift flour onto a flat plate. Beat eggs in a soup bowl, add Sbrinz AOP and mix. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dredge the cutlets with flour, dip them in the egg mixture and fry them in portions over medium heat for 1–2 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Tip: Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
