Sbrinz nut muffins

For 10–12 pieces
PREPARATION: approx. 15 mins
COOKING TIME: approx. 25 mins

Ingredients
– Muffin tray with 12 wells or paper muffin tins
– Frying cream for brushing the moulds
– 200 g flour
– ¾ teaspoon salt
– Pepper
– 70 g walnuts, roughly chopped
– 1 ½ tsp baking powder
– 80 g grated Sbrinz AOP
– 1 dl milk
– 150 g plain yoghurt
– 2 eggs

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Brush the paper muffin tins with frying cream and place in the cavities of the tray. Mix all ingredients up to and including Sbrinz. Mix milk, yoghurt and eggs, add and mix to a smooth batter. Divide the dough into the moulds using a spatula or 2 spoons. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven for approx. 25 mins. Serve lukewarm or cooled.
