The Windlin cheese dairy is a traditional family business run by second-generation cheesemaker Noldi Windlin. It is situated in rural Giswil in Obwalden canton, nestled between Lake Sarnen and the mountains. Thanks to continuous training and modernisation of our operation, our cheese dairy has always kept up to date with the latest techniques. Our organic milk is sourced daily from farmers in the immediate vicinity. Since 2002, we have produced exclusively ORGANIC Sbrinz – because quality is important for us!
