Every day, we do our best to produce the finest Sbrinz AOP from the milk of our local farmers. We use the latest technology to process about 1.7 million kilos of milk per year according to an old traditional recipe. Fresh silage-free raw milk, a cheesemaker with passion and lots of time, that’s the irreplaceable combination needed to produce good aromatic Sbrinz AOP. Real quality and passion ‘straight from the Hof‘!
